Senior Corporate Counsel

The Senior Corporate Counsel will be a member of the in-house legal group that supports the development team during the company’s expansion and growth. The Senior Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing legal expertise in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of solar energy and energy storage projects. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be a part of a dynamic, collaborative team and work closely with other departments within the company (such as project development, permitting, business development, engineering, and construction). Negotiate, review, and manage all legal aspects of project acquisition, development, financing, and sales. Manage outside counsel assisting on all aspects of the Company’s business. Provide support to due diligence and project development related issues, including PPA, Interconnection, real estate, environmental, permitting, and regulatory.
