Senior Project Manager (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Pod Lead to uphold strategic vision and reinforce processes, team norms, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Run internal team-status meetings and manage project timelines, continuously looking for ways to improve timely execution.
• Execute against scope of work and budget, collaborating with department leads on resource accuracy and reporting on hours spent.

Operational Duties:

• Collaborate with resource management on budgeting and developing staffing plans for projects and retainers.
• Produce necessary contracts for partner-vendors and work with finance/operations to ensure proper payment processing.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions across departments to maintain productivity.

Client & Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and project coordination.
• Help maintain account health by anticipating client needs and contributing to long-term planning.
• Model strong decision-making and problem-solving to cultivate a high-performing pod environment.
