Day-to-Day Client Management:

  • Lead recurring client calls and build trust with day-to-day contacts.
  • Respond to client questions and connect client news to potential impacts for proactive support.
  • Send recap emails and maintain clean contact records in HubSpot.

Project & Delivery Management:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple client accounts while assigning and tracking tasks.
  • Coordinate internal syncs, set meeting agendas, and serve as final reviewer for file management.
  • Flag risks early and escalate blockers to ensure smooth account operations.

Audience Activation & Coordination:

  • Own audience request submissions and activation troubleshooting in partnership with Product and Partnerships teams.
  • Lead QA checks on reporting, survey data, and audience deliverables.
  • Connect audience usage to campaign impact and help clients understand activation across channels.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Partner with Strategic Research to scope and sequence project timelines and lead the QC process.
  • Work closely with Partnerships to troubleshoot audience issues and submit intake tickets clearly.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve Tunnl's operational scalability.
