The Role:
- Conduct telehealth consultations and review home sleep test results to diagnose and manage sleep apnea.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans while educating patients on sleep hygiene and therapy options.
- Collaborate with sleep specialists and coordinate follow-up care to ensure patient progress.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate license in NY (additional state licensure welcome).
- Clinical proficiency in assessing, diagnosing, and managing sleep apnea and common sleep disorders.
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, and ability to interpret home sleep test and wearable sleep data.
