Director of Product Management

Role Overview:

• This high-impact leadership role oversees the global Billing & Payments and PLG Expansion organizations.
• You will manage a talented team of Product Managers and partner with cross-functional executives to drive revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the roadmap for a scalable, compliant global payments platform and own booking performance for cart conversion and renewals.
• Build the Self-Serve-to-Enterprise bridge by optimizing Product-Qualified Lead funnels and ensuring a frictionless handoff to sales teams.
• Oversee global fraud, chargeback prevention, and risk mitigation strategies to protect revenue.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with 3+ years in a product leadership/people management role.
• Deep expertise in Product-Led Growth, specifically optimizing SaaS funnels and retention loops.
• Highly analytical with a proven track record of owning revenue-driving metrics and running rigorous A/B testing frameworks.
