Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate detailed understanding of all AAA Life products and processes, handling member inquiries and resolving problems.
- Follow procedures to approve and process reinstatement forms, leveraging the brand for a positive member experience.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required with 2 years' customer service experience and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
- Insurance/call center experience and knowledge of life insurance operations and products are preferred.
Work Environment:
- This is a fast-paced, inbound call center role that requires strong communication and collaborative qualities.
- Ability to perform duties including mathematical calculations and operate multiple computer applications and telephone technologies.
