Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L responsibility and define a clear growth roadmap for Finland.
- Adapt global brand, product, and acquisition strategies to local market dynamics and player behaviour.
- Act as the voice of the market internally, providing insights and opportunities directly to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in iGaming or betting, preferably on the operator side.
- 1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming.
- Deep understanding of Finnish player profiles, competitive landscape, and marketing channels.
