Job Description

In this role, you will provide a first-class service to our Partners and internal stakeholders, while managing schedules, calendars and travel appointments. Collaborate with other team members globally, dealing with varying communications from both internal and external parties. Responsibilities will include supporting Partner time tracking, drafting client engagement letters, document formatting, using the task management system (tracking responsibilities) and ad-hoc research to support partner projects. You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately with an eye for detail, utilizing your previous Law Firm experience in understanding the business to effectively prioritize, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure the many goals are achieved.
