Responsibilities:
- Work within the New Beginnings Program - a grant - and philanthropically funded initiative.
- Report to the RN Team Leader under the oversight of the Manager of Health Equity.
- Contribute lived experience and specialized training; contribute this perspective to program development.
Qualifications:
- Equal to completion of four years of high school or equivalent.
- Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- This position requires lived experience related to substance use disorder and recovery.
Requirements:
- Require Recovery Coach certification or willingness to complete Recovery Coach training within 6 months.
- Willingness to work with individuals in any stage of their recovery within a harm reduction framework.
- Valid Driver License is required.
