Senior Growth Lead

Role Overview:

• Own the entire growth infrastructure, from website and funnel conversion to lifecycle and performance.
• This is a hands-on, senior role where you will build, test, and ship directly rather than delegate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website architecture, page builds, and component library to launch new pages quickly.
• Own self-serve funnel conversion, using analytics and behavioral data to identify leaks and run experiments.
• Design and optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and upgrade journeys across multiple products.
• Own technical SEO, tracking, campaign infrastructure, and product-led instrumentation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Growth, Product-Led Growth, Performance Marketing, or web roles in SaaS or e-commerce.
• Strong hands-on CRO experience and fluency with modern CMS, no-code tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Commercial mindset with understanding of CAC, payback, unit economics, and converting trial users to paid.
