Project Manager II

Accountabilities: Assist in developing and executing project plans under the guidance of senior project managers. Participate in regular project meetings to track progress and provide updates to internal teams. Support team members, manage project timelines, and ensure timely task completion. Communicate project status, milestones, and changes to stakeholders and team leads. Align project tasks with client requirements and organizational goals, assisting in process optimization. Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed. Support harmonization of processes across departments to improve efficiency and consistency. Assist in service project prioritization, bid assessment, contract planning, and quality assurance.
