Grants and Fundraising Specialist

Grant Research:

• Identify and research potential funding opportunities.
• Monitor new requests for proposals and open grants.
• Collaborate with the State Lead team to identify funding opportunities.

Funder and Donor Communications:

• Maintain a detailed schedule of communications with funding prospects.
• Share updates on organizational programs with current funders.
• Manage communications with individual donor database to nurture relationships.

Grant Applications and Submissions:

• Draft compelling grant applications aligned with funding priorities.
• Coordinate feedback and letters of support.
• Manage feedback and submission processes.
