• Research, develop, and manage complex grant reports for our portfolio of 30+ funders.

Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a portfolio of grants at GD, from application support to archive. Provide daily oversight and support to all GD teams to ensure their comprehensive understanding of responsibilities under each agreement. Actively involved in ensuring compliance with varied donor terms and conditions, applicable regulations, internal policy, best practices and other applicable guidelines.

• Process grants through our Salesforce grants management system.
• Communicate with grant recipients to solve issues and give them a smooth experience.
• Conduct due diligence on all grant recipients to ensure grants are compliant with relevant law and our policies.

• Support document development and briefing materials.
• Conduct research, data analysis and synthesis to inform strategy development and execution.
• Manage and track grantmaking workflow and keep grants on track.
