Senior Staff Software Engineer

What you'll be responsible for:

• Own the technical delivery of mission critical, event based payment systems handling millions of daily transactions.
• Responsible for the expansion and blast radius of architectural decisions across the organization.
• Define “what good looks like” by establishing modern standards of AI-enabled workflows.

What you’ll be bringing to the team:

• Extensive experience as a staff engineer, with a proven track record of operational through large scale incidents and system failures.
• Deep proficiency in at least one relevant tech stack combined with systems level mindset for complex full stack architectures.
• Hands on experience with AI-assisted coding and deployment strategies to drive efficiency without sacrificing quality.
