About the Role:
- Serve as a trusted advisor helping colleges and universities optimize financial operations with Ellucian Colleague Finance.
- Support implementations, upgrades, training, and process transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and data integrity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Analyze financial processes across general ledger, budgeting, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting.
- Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and training to support system adoption and organizational change.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical teams, and develop user documentation and process guides.
Requirements:
- At least five years of higher education experience and five years of hands-on Ellucian Colleague Finance expertise.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, reporting, and cloud-based technologies in higher education.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and client-facing consulting skills with willingness to travel occasionally.
