Bilingual Nurse Practitioner

Opportunity:

• Make a difference in people's lives by providing treatment and guidance for diabetic reversal and overall health improvement.
• Support members in multiple states through remote care management using AI and machine learning.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals including health coaches, physicians, and the chief medical officer.
• Conduct health assessments and manage a high-risk population with attention to social determinants of health.
• Provide patient education and prescribe medications per Twin Health policies.

Qualifications:

• Active ARPN CA state license, preferably multi-state, and bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3-5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider with a passion for underserved populations.
• Board-certified in family or internal medicine and experienced in telemedicine.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $120,000-$145,000 USD.
• Unlimited vacation, 16 weeks paid parental leave for delivering parents, 8 weeks for non-delivering parents.
