Product Manager, Legal Technical Systems

Lead the development and growth of an integration platform that streamlines product integration between systems using the Microsoft Stack. Define the product vision, guide the roadmap, and orchestrate cross-functional execution to bring this ambitious initiative to life. Key responsibilities include: Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with company leadership and engineering teams to define and refine the product strategy aligned with business goals and owning the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and internal priorities. Customer & Market Discovery: Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to deeply understand integration challenges and opportunities and translate insights into actionable requirements and features. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver a world-class platform and drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders through exceptional communication. Product Definition & Documentation: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prioritize and manage the backlog to ensure high-quality, timely releases. Execution & Delivery: Lead the dev team in the planning, execution, and iteration of development & release cycles to accomplish goals defined in collaboration with company management, architecture, and GTM teams in an agile environment and balance trade-offs between speed, scope, and scalability with technical teams.
