Sr. Software Engineer, Fullstack

The Role:

• As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll design and deliver large-scale, multi-tenant cloud services with a focus on availability and fault-tolerance.
• You'll own end-to-end development across frontend, backend, and data layers, setting the bar for engineering quality.
• You'll champion shift-left testing, leverage AI-assisted tools, and mentor engineers to elevate team performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years building reliable, performant applications in production, with full stack fluency across frontend, backend, and databases.
• Technical depth in distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, or similar domains, and a polyglot mindset with familiarity in Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.js.
• A genuine drive to build intuitive products, strong communication skills, and a desire to teach and lift others.
