Role Overview:
- Enhance monitoring and observability of enterprise Salesforce applications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to configure monitoring solutions.
- Support end-to-end observability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, reports, and alerts.
- Develop visibility into user actions and key performance events.
- Set up synthetic monitoring for critical transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years experience.
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Salesforce monitoring.
- Strong understanding of APM and observability concepts.
Additional Details:
- Must reside within the continental US.
- Background check and fingerprinting required.
