Cross-Functional Partnership:
- Serve as a day-to-day collaborator with Engineering and Claims Operations to design and deliver solutions.
- Effectively communicate priorities and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Claims Experience & AI Innovation:
- Drive improvements to digital-first capabilities like self-service FNOL and automated workflows.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to claims workflows, experimenting to improve efficiency and decision quality.
Data-Driven Iteration:
- Use data and operational insights to inform prioritization and track key performance indicators.
- Partner with analytics teams to evaluate impact and refine product decisions continuously.
