Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, operate, and integrate Salesforce solutions to improve business processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on Salesforce administration.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and implementation experience.
- Minimum of 4 active Salesforce certifications.
- Proven experience designing CRM processes and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
