Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 coaching through virtual sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities and skills.
- Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions to support their development.
Qualifications:
- A VP+ or C-suite HR leader with 20+ years experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals.
- Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace to build fulfilling careers and lives.
- Self-aware with high emotional IQ, able to create a safe space for vulnerability.
Logistics:
- This is a fully remote, contract position for candidates across Europe, paid per hour with potential bonuses.
- Requires a minimum dedication of 12+ hours per month for at least 24 months to build meaningful member relationships.
- Candidates must be comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment and committed to ongoing skill growth.
