About the Role:
- You will coach a portfolio of ~20 fellows across 8-12 host organizations, providing technical guidance from pre-Basecamp through final day.
- You will be the first eyes on every pull request and give structured feedback on their real work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach your pods with weekly 1:1s and milestone reviews.
- Deliver just-in-time curriculum and co-lead practical assessments.
- Surface cohort-wide technical patterns to leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of professional software engineering with real coaching or mentorship reps.
- Strong written communication and comfort with remote, async work.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
