Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a centralized view of consultant availability.
- Plan and allocate internal consultants.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to anticipate staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management.
- Experience in a professional services organization, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of resource planning.
Preferred:
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) or similar certification.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Exposure to cybersecurity offerings such as GRC, PCI, or advisory services.
