Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and internal systems.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within tracking systems.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with New York City and the five boroughs is required.
  • Ablility to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
