This cross-functional role combines business operations, product strategy, and sales/marketing enablement. You'll be exposed to every aspect of company building while acting as a force multiplier for the founder in this high-growth environment. Drive strategic projects - run strategic and operational projects end-to-end, from designing processes to executing them, while supporting critical go-to-market efforts including partnerships and marketing to design repeatable playbooks.
Own business operations - manage internal business operations including goal tracking, hiring operations, and special projects while translating customer feedback into structured product learnings and recommendations. Enable executive function - run or participate in critical meetings, taking ownership of prep, notes, and follow-through while acting as a sounding board and thought partner to the CEO. Scale GTM engine - support sales, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to build scalable, data-driven processes that will drive the company's next phase of growth.
