Business Controller Senior Leader (M/W/D)

Artist Services (AS) Business Line is looking for its new Controller Senior Leader. The mission is to develop the best artist development solution. This role empowers, highlights, controls & challenges the Artist Services Business line. Under the guidance of the Head of Business Controlling, this person will lead the Artist Services Business Controlling Team. This team is part of Central Finance focusing on the Business Line and covering all geographies. This role assesses & challenges the “Artist Services” economic model & trends. This role analyzes KPIs and drives initiatives to optimize business line working capital, cash flow, and capital allocation. Reviews Business Plan produced by local teams, performs monthly analytical reviews, and co-designs the framework with the M&R team & Group Controlling.
