Responsibilities:
- Handle declaratory judgment and recovery actions related to CGL/Construction Defect claims.
- Work on collaborative coverage analysis and review of coverage position letters.
- Ensure claim strategies are appropriate and timely coverage analysis is completed.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in a technical claim-handling role, specifically in the areas of CGL/Construction Defect.
- Legal experience at a law firm handling insurance coverage issues in the areas of CGL/Construction Defect matters will also be considered.
- BA or Juris Doctorate required.
