We are looking for a proactive, decisive person with great attention to detail to join our team as an IT Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to guarantee the daily technical support of our collaborators, ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of the systems in a 100% remote environment. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining hardware, software and peripherals; manage the inventory of devices and user accesses; monitor the security of the endpoints, and collaborate with different teams to optimize internal tools and technological processes.
Brind technical support of the first level to the entire team (Windows, macOS and mobile devices), install, configure and maintain hardware, software, networks and peripherals, administer user accounts, permissions and accesses in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms, maintain the inventory of technological assets updated and execute processes of allocation and recovery of equipment, implement and enforce IT policies, including endpoint protection, multifactor authentication (MFA), disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault), etc., monitor device security through tools like SentinelOne, perform software updates, security patches and vulnerability assessments, document processes in Notion or internal Wiki and generate monthly compliance reports, Collaborate with the Tech / People team in awareness and response initiatives to incidents.
