Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive at Cryptio, you will be expanding the Customer Support team and helping institutions and DeFi projects utilize Cryptio’s platform. You'll deliver effective support, partner with other departments to resolve issues, and report bugs and champion customer feedback. Develop product expertise to help teammates and own projects to improve processes, documentation, and the help center experience, driving improvements to resolution times and customer confidence.
This role involves more than just answering tickets; it's about being a go-to expert. You will work with top clients in the crypto space, improving processes and collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering to influence the roadmap. You will gain exposure to diverse crypto business models and experience a supportive ramp-up with mentorship. Occasional travel to Paris or London hubs may be required.
