Director, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and elevate our recruiting function. This person will own the full talent acquisition strategy, managing a small but mighty team of recruiters and driving a high-performing, tech-enabled hiring process that brings the best talent into every role. The role will report to the SVP, People and will manage a team of three recruiters. Responsibilities include owning and continuously improving end-to-end recruiting process across all departments, ensuring a consistent, inclusive, and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers, leading interview training program, coaching and supporting recruiters, building strong relationships with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs, workforce plans, and team goals. It also includes leading and executing searches for senior and executive-level roles, building and maintaining hiring dashboards, innovating with AI and automation, and collaborating with internal partners to amplify Axios’s brand and attract top talent.
