Own and maintain the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring coherence, clarity, and alignment across all product areas.
Partner with Product Managers responsible for individual domains to integrate their plans into a unified, prioritized roadmap.
Translate company strategy, customer insights, and market dynamics into actionable product direction.

Prioritization & Decision-Making:

Lead ongoing prioritization across initiatives, balancing customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and delivery capacity.
Facilitate regular roadmap and prioritization reviews with stakeholders, adjusting plans as needed based on new information.
Make and communicate clear tradeoff decisions, ensuring focus on the highest-impact work.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Act as a senior product leader and point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Go-To-Market, Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders.
Drive alignment across teams by clearly articulating product vision, goals, and priorities.
Influence without authority, building trust and consensus while holding teams accountable to outcomes.
