About the Role:
- KMG Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver telemedicine care for chronic conditions.
- You will join a team focused on accessible, high-quality healthcare with a mission-driven culture.
What You'll Do:
- Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions.
- Proactively check in with patients on treatment plans and collaborate with customer service.
- Respond to messages, adjust treatment plans, and provide feedback to improve care.
What You Bring:
- At least two years of telehealth experience, with multiple state licenses and weekend availability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
- A passion for empathetic, patient-obsessed care and continuous improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Uncapped compensation package with base and task pay ranging from $90k to $180k per year.
