Senior Manager, Project Management + People Analytics

Support the development of modernized people solutions for HR/People teams and their employees to improve workplace experiences. Support client engagements with a focus on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and profitability. Apply project management skills to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and successful project outcomes. Track billable work and maintain project management software and CRM data. Build, manage and analyze survey dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or similar. Support company reporting, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy of key metrics. Ensure data is accurate and up to date in project management, timekeeping, team resourcing, and CRM systems (HubSpot). Serve as first point of contact for data analytics, reporting, and resourcing. Facilitate the transition of project handoffs from the sales team to the delivery team, ensuring all necessary information is accurately transferred. Organize and maintain client and internal files in Box, ensuring the team has easy access to important documents and information.
