Senior Integrations Engineer

Integration Delivery Ownership:

• Scope the integration path, validating configuration (auth setup, tenant and environment validation, allowlisting, callback/redirect setup).
• Test in sandbox and live environments, and driving to completion.
• Build assets required to scale integration delivery.

New CMS Partner Scope:

• Prototype solutions and deliver technical requirements to Engineering for productization.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships, identify unsupported API behavior, and negotiate workarounds.
• Feed productization requirements back to Engineering, without duplicating the platform Engineering owns

Debug and Resolution:

• Trace through logs, isolating the layer (our side, vendor side, or customer config).
• Resolve or route to Engineering with a clear diagnosis.
• Build implementation playbooks, vendor-specific setup guides, customer readiness checklists, and known limitation documentation.
