Job Description
The File Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and organizing files in both physical and digital formats, ensuring efficient and accurate storage and retrieval of company documents. This position can be done either on site at our office location or off site, with options for flexible work arrangements.
Key responsibilities include organizing and maintaining company files, sorting, labeling, and filing documents, identifying and reconciling discrepancies, ensuring document storage and accessibility, assisting with document management policies, responding to file retrieval requests, and conducting regular audits.
The role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The position is in a professional office environment with occasional off-site work options and requires being on your feet and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
