Director, Network Success

Lantern is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Network Success to lead the growth and scaling of our Territory Management team. This pivotal role will oversee the success of our network management function, driving the strategy, operational excellence, and provider retention efforts. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our largest provider groups acting as the executive sponsor to ensure exceptional experiences and outcomes. Understand provider needs, align Lantern’s services to meet their objectives, and advocate for their needs within the organization. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure retention through proactive provider engagement. Focus on renewing and retaining high-value provider accounts, addressing concerns promptly to prevent churn while meeting or exceeding targets.
