Purpose:
- Develop, validate, and implement the global Procurement strategy.
- Work with Procurement Project/Product Leaders.
- Collaborate with Regional Category Leader, Technology, and Supply Chain Leaders.
Day to day duties:
- Define Contracting Strategy and lead Supplier Negotiations.
- Mitigate Risks to the business by driving a comprehensive strategy.
- Develop Best Cost Country strategy
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in Category/Supplier Management, Purchasing, Production Control, Engineering, Product or Project management
- Experience in procurement of items in Flow, Electrical and Instrumentation Category
- Ability to travel - estimated to be 30% annually
