Operational Procurement:
- Manage daily purchase requests in the procurement automation system (ZIP): review, correct, and process requests ensuring data completeness and compliance
- Provide instant support to requesters and act as an escalation point for basic incidents, maintaining high requester satisfaction
Vendor Management:
- Act as the main operational contact for world-class vendors (Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Review contract attributes, highlight potential risks, and support stakeholders in decision-making
Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions to secure optimal commercial outcomes
- Identify bottlenecks in the procurement cycle and contribute to workflow improvements, guides, and instructions
