Stakeholder Management
Program and Project Management:
- Manage the delivery of all Heart of Georgia Altamaha TIA 2 (2023-2032) transportation projects.
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with GDOT, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Contract and Financial Management:
- Develop resurfacing bid packages for GDOT-let projects.
- Review and approve consultant and local government invoices for compliance and accuracy.
- Assist with program reporting, budget tracking, and project documentation.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact between GDOT, local governments, and consultants.
- Facilitate communication and resolution of project issues among teams.
- Support the implementation of transportation improvement projects throughout the region.
