Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries via chat, email, and phone with clarity and professionalism.
- Process, review, and track patient orders accurately within our EMR and CRM.
- Coordinate with pharmacies and internal care teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- STEM-related degree required (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, pharmacy coordination, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
