Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient inquiries via chat, email, and phone with clarity and professionalism.
  • Process, review, and track patient orders accurately within our EMR and CRM.
  • Coordinate with pharmacies and internal care teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • STEM-related degree required (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare operations, pharmacy coordination, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
