Responsibilities:
- Own and manage your personal origination pipeline using curated data from initial engagement through executed closing.
- Serve as the primary advisor to prospective clients, building relationships and guiding them through the ground lease buyout process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required or 4+ years of work experience in business to consumer (B2C) sales.
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close, with familiarity in real estate closing processes and finance concepts such as IRR and NPV.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 - $100,000 annual salary with uncapped commission based on personal productivity.
- Annual bonuses based on targeted results, health insurance, and remote work with regular collaboration and support from the senior team.
