Job Description
Theoria Medical is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Technology Support team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality technical assistance to our staff and clients, ensuring smooth usage of our internal and client-facing software tools.
Responsibilities include answering technical support inquiries regarding Slack, Salesforce, Monday.com, and G-Suit products such as G-Mail, VPN, TeamViewer and the like. Training staff and clients on various Theoria technical Products usage and software. Other responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
The position requires working various 8 hour shifts 24/7 and is remote.
