Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for booking and issuing all work-related travel for 500+ employees, handling multitasking and challenging requests.
  • The Travel Coordinator must manage their own workload, prioritize tasks, and keep calm during busy periods.
  • They will also cross-check invoicing and data entry related to travel, requiring excellent numeracy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and issue travel bookings on behalf of passengers and provide confirmations.
  • Track travel spending and maintain up-to-date shared documents and hotel registers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Travel Team Lead, including AM/PM shift coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Gsuite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn.
  • Prepared to work outside standard hours and travel domestically or internationally if needed.
