Sr. People Project Manager

The Sr. People Project Manager will be a core member of the PMO team, partnering with leaders and stakeholders across the People function to orchestrate how projects get delivered and oversee what outcomes are achieved. This role balances project management discipline, change management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. This opportunity is best suited to someone who thrives in environments of ambiguity and constant evolution. Drive prioritization and execution of People-led initiatives. Establish and embed frameworks, governance, and best practices. Ensure initiatives don’t just launch, but land and stick, through strong change management and communications. Provide visibility and confidence to leadership by reporting on outcomes, adoption, and impact. Act as a partner and enabler, freeing People leaders and subject experts to focus on content, while ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively.
