Senior Payroll Specialist

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for executing timely and accurate payroll processes and updates. Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the Senior Payroll Specialist will lead the full life cycle payroll activities for multi-states in the US. This person will also complete audits and resolve complex employee inquiries. Assist employees as needed through phone and email, helping them resolve payroll and tax issues or time-keeping questions. Also troubleshoot problem areas they may be experiencing or not understanding. Auditors will build personal relationships with employees assuring them their payroll needs are being met. Partners closely with HR, Benefits, and Operation teams to ensure accurate payroll and to develop and improve processes.
