Act as the primary point of contact for German market automotive clients. Lead virtual monthly data review meetings and report presentations and oversee active project delivery. Liaise daily with internal teams to coordinate project progress. Analyze data, create reports, and extract actionable insights for clients. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify commercial opportunities. Prepare and tailor commercial proposals and presentations. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors. Contribute to the development of new aftersales services and products.
