Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate clinical pharmacy programs across the health system.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for neurology, psychology, and neurosurgery.
  • Review protocols, conduct medication use evaluations, and provide education.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's in Pharmacy required.
  • Kentucky and Indiana pharmacy licenses (or eligibility within 6 months).
  • Board certification in psychiatric or critical care pharmacy (BCPP/BCCCP) required or achievable.

Experience:

  • Completion of PGY-2 residency in related area, or PGY-1 plus 3 years experience, or 5 years experience with BPS certification.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (or obtainable within 12 months).

Setting:

  • Remote work opportunity with occasional travel to clinical sites.
