Patient Care
Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate clinical pharmacy programs across the health system.
- Act as a subject matter expert for neurology, psychology, and neurosurgery.
- Review protocols, conduct medication use evaluations, and provide education.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's in Pharmacy required.
- Kentucky and Indiana pharmacy licenses (or eligibility within 6 months).
- Board certification in psychiatric or critical care pharmacy (BCPP/BCCCP) required or achievable.
Experience:
- Completion of PGY-2 residency in related area, or PGY-1 plus 3 years experience, or 5 years experience with BPS certification.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (or obtainable within 12 months).
Setting:
