Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, DCAA, and other government contracting regulations.
- Support contract setup, billing, and audits for government contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, FAR, DCAA compliance, and experience with government contract billing (T&M, Cost Plus, FFP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent analytical and communication skills.
