Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute all accounting and finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting, and close processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate, timely financial statements, management reports, executive dashboards, and cash flow reports.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for government contract accounting, DCAA compliance, FAR requirements, incurred cost submissions, and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum of 15 years of progressive experience.
- Significant experience in government contracting environments with deep understanding of DCAA regulations and FAR requirements.
- Expert-level experience with Deltek Costpoint and strong financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash management experience.
